But on another side... my hubby is in the edge of danger situation... *hopefully its only temporary for anything better ahead us*
Whatever happen to him, it will automatically affect me... *oh Lord, I hope these all happened for anything better*
With all of the things that we've planned... This is really shocking.... Like a shock therapy in vacation *yes! we're even still on vacation*

Speechless........

Early addiction to mineral foundie....

Oh lord... I've been searching for the right foundation since like forever.... don't talk about the shade... let's talk about the type of it first...
The first ever one, I've tried the infamous liquid foundation, about 6 years ago.. I was happy with the result, because it's really gave me a great coverage and also didn't make my face look chalky *like the next kind of foundation I use, we'll go to that part, later*... Until I started to feel that the formula is way too thick for everyday use. So the next one I've tried the even infamous two way cake foundation... then the result for me was blah! I really don't like it... Feels like put tons of all purpose flour on my face... I'm not really sure whether the problem with the lack of my skill or it just not for me... Then I leave it *this one for good I think... unless I can find someway to use it on my face without that horrible feeling*
Then lately, about a year ago or so, I've been convinced by FD's chit chat forum *one of Indonesian fashion blogs* with the greatness of BB Cream.. BB stand for Blemish Balm Cream. I don't know where it's come from originally... I mean which brand made it first....
I just tried 2 products of it from TheSkinFood.... First one was BB Cream from Ginkgo series, and the second one was from Aloe series... I like Aloe BB Cream more, because of the texture... It's lighter than Ginkgo BB Cream, so it's definitely more easy to blend.
But I was not happy with the shade.... It's too white for me, and somewhat kinda pinkies... So it did made my face look a little dull.

Then actually before I've met BB Cream, from the same forum, I found a big enthusiasm for a new product *at that time* so called Mineral Makeup..... By learning about the product's benefits from the chitchats, then I cannot resist to give it a try, by purchased some of the product (the famous pioneer one I think is Bare Minerals from Bare Escentuals, but I haven't try this one yet) from Everyday Minerals (EDM). Just because it was popular in the forum at that time... hehehe....
Some members there sell it.

At that time, uhmm... until now, we just can purchase all these infamous mineral makeup by online order only. Therefore we need to pay the shipping cost *mostly from USA*, and also the tax in some cases.
So usually we just compound our orders to someone who open the Pre Order service. And this kind person will make those purchases...
We will need to pay more, for this kind person*many pre-orders have been made by my FD friends..love you ladies*, because without her we might be hesitate to order it, and then we cannot play with this lovely things.....

My first haul from EDM are 2 kind of foundie and then 2 kind of concealer, and then blushes, with 1 eyeshadow too.... All in loose powder formula.... *of course now my collection still growing up, because I still want to try other products*

I love these mineral foundation products because of the formula... It's like loose powder, but you only need merely so little amount, to layer all over your face. Wait until 5-15 minutes, and it will melt on your skin.... Give you a natural makeup look *not a thick foundie mask*... I just love it more than any foundation I've ever tried.... *I still love my MAC studio fix fluid tho... but recently it's tidily sit on the corner of my makeup trunk, need to find another shade later because this one NC20 still kinda bit yellowish for me*

You will need minimum one kabuki brush... to buff this product all over your face.... a regular powder puff will never work for this...

I've own several shades so far *well, open the website, and you will see a zillion shades from all those mineral makeup stores*... because I still haven't found my exact shade....
1. Light Olive.... slightly darker than my natural face color, thinking that I still can use it later when I go to the beach... haha. Or mix it with another shade.
2. Light Intensive *not really sure, this one is a custom made sample, it's labelled like that anyway* I like this one, but still thinking, this is not really right shade for me...
3. Olive Fair, so far, this is the most likely for me than others that I've bought.. But still... a bit dull for my skin? Well just slightly I think...
4. Golden Fawn.... this is definitely too yellow for me.... But I still use it.. mix with another shades.. hehe... lately, I've been mixed it up a bit with Olive Fair...

I think so far that's all I have for EDM foundation....

I still waiting for my Lumiere order, and still thinking hard to choose about 4-5 shades closer to my skintone from Meow Cosmetics. Psst, I tell you the last one even got 86 different shades ... mygod...

There are so many brands for this mineral makeup..... Mostly from USA, but you may found out about 1 or 2 from Singapore, if I can recall.... *I'm not talking about mineral makeup from massive brands like Revlon, L'oreal, and others.... because they're seems not made from 100%pure mineral... dunno, I just haven't check it yet :P..... MAC also got their mineral makeup line.... I got the liquid foundation of it..... MAC mineralize skin finish liquid foundie... but I really cannot tell if this line' products are made from 100%pure mineral or not*

Cmiiw ya...

Thanks for reading my mumbles... gotta do my house job now...
Ugh so tired nowadays.... less sleep than what my body craving for....
But very happy because tomorrow midnight, I will be in Jakarta..... ;)

Gossip Girl..

I know I know... It's a bit too late to talk about the serials.. since the 2nd Season just ended about a couple months ago....

I loves all the drama in this serial.. obviously because I never have such kind of drama like that in my own school/teenage life... Not that I wish to turn back time and experience it ...

I love Blair's character.... She's truly bitch with a cute angel face... Haha...

I haven't finish the Season 2 yet tho...
Here, I just want to post some of her interesting quotes in the serial... Taken randomly from Season 1 and 2...

Enjoy!

Blair: [to Jenny] That's the thing. You need to be cool to be queen. Anne Boleyn thought only with her heart and she got her head chopped off. So her daughter Elizabeth made a vow never to marry a man. She married a country. Forget boys. Keep your eye on the prize, Jenny Humphrey. You can't make people love you, but you can make them fear you. For what it's worth, you're my Queen. I choose you.

Blair: We need to talk.
Chuck: I prefer to talk after.

Chuck: I was a coward running away again. But everywhere I went, you caught up with me. So I had to come back.
Blair: I want to believe you, but I can't. You've hurt me too many times.
Chuck: Then believe me this time.
Blair: That's it?
Chuck: [pauses] I love you, too. (they kiss)
Blair: Can you say it twice? (laughs) No, I'm serious, say it twice.
Chuck: I love you, I love you, I love you. (kissing)
• Episode: The Goodbye Gossip Girl

Blair: Serena's been in jail for four hours, she's already served more time than Lindsay Lohan and Nicole Richie combined!
• Episode: Valley Girls

Blair: You don't sound like yourself.
Georgina: That's because I'm not.
Blair: I don't think Jesus would like that.
Georgina: You can tell Jesus the bitch is back.
• Episode: The Wrath of Con

Blair: Do you know how hard it is to get revenge when your enemy is changing every five minutes?
Dorota: You need to calm nerves and warm vocal cords. You want tea?
Blair: No. I want Dan Humphrey's head on a platter.
• Episode: The Age of Dissonance

Serena: Everything you've done, spreading rumors about who I've had sex with, what alley I puked in or telling Dean Barrowby that I killed Pete Fairman, I forgave everything all because I thought one day you'd grow up. But putting up a Gossip Girl blast about Yale and the press release ...
Blair: Serena, I didn't put out the blast.
Serena: At least have the dignity not to lie to my face.
Blair: But I'm not lying.
Serena: Only two people knew about it, you and Dan. And Dan would never do something like that. I always want to believe the best in you, Blair, but the bottom line is, betrayal's in your nature.
• Episode: The Age of Dissonance

Blair: Everyone's jealous of me, because my life is perfect and you've always been the most jealous of all.
Nelly: People aren't jealous of you, Blair. They hate you.
• Episode: The Age of Dissonance

Blair: I have a friend on cyberspace who knows just what to do. XOXO.
• Episode: Carrnal Knowledge

Blair: Ladies, you can get your tiny brains to rest. Once again the world has proven - anything you can do, I can do better.
• Episode: Carrnal Knowledge

Jack: Come out with me tonight.
Blair: I told you I'm not interested.
Jack: Didn't seem that way on New Years.
Blair: Whatever may have transpired between us, what's important is what it means to me. Which is nothing.
• Episode: Gone with the Will

Serena: Wait. If Chuck is really in trouble then we need to help him. He doesn't have any brothers and sisters. We are all he has. You are all he has.
Blair: He doesn't want my help.
Serena: So that's just it? You're going to abandon him for some society matrons?
Blair: Those "matrons" as you call them, are helping me build a life. All Chuck can do is destroy one. I'm not abandoning Chuck. I'm just saving myself.
• Episode: In the Realm of the Basses

Serena: He was probably thinking about you the whole time he was in Thailand.
Blair: Not unless I was a Thai hooker named Bo.
• Episode: In the Realm of the Basses

Chuck: Gotta go, can't talk.
Blair: Go where, everyone you know is standing in this room.
Chuck: I don't wanna be here.
Eric: We want you here. I just lost my stepfather... I don't wanna lose my brother too.
Chuck: When are you going to get it? We are not related.
• Episode: O Brother, Where Bart Thou?

Blair: Whatever you're going through, I wanna be there for you.
Chuck: We've talked about this. You are not my girlfriend.
Blair: But I am me. And you are you. We're Chuck and Blair. Blair and Chuck. The worst thing you've ever done, the darkest thought you've ever had, I will stand by you through anything.
Chuck: And why would you do that.
Blair: Because I love you.
Chuck: Well, that's too bad.
• Episode: O Brother, Where Bart Thou?

Blair: I have an itch that only Chuck can scratch and he won't oblige unless I tell him I love him.
Dan: You need help getting Chuck to sleep with you? Really?
Blair: [to Serena] You hear the judgment in his voice right now right?
Serena: He's working on that.
• Episode: Pret-a-Poor-J

Dan: DO you love him?
Blair: NO! No, of course not.
Dan: So why don't you just say it to get what you want? Frat guys have been doing that since ... forever.
Blair: I can't! If I say it then Chuck wins.
Dan: But... if you say it then you get him and you win.
• Episode: Pret-a-Poor-J

Blair: What took you so long?
Chuck: If you thought that was long, you have no idea what you're in for.
• Episode: Chuck in Real Life

Marcus [sees Blair and Chuck] ... Blair!
Blair: ohmigod, ohmigod.
Marcus: Blair, what is it?
Blair: You don't understand! I thought it was you! He had an accent!
Chuck: Please, you knew exactly who it was.
• Episode: The Dark Night

Blair: Marcus wait!
Marcus: Did you really not know it was him? Can you honestly tell me that?
Blair: I knew it was him.
Marcus: Thank you.
Blair: But I want you!
Marcus: No Blair. You want my title. The idea of who I am. But you clearly want him. Which makes me a fool. Because I really did want you. I DO want you.
Blair: Then show me! I'm not some delicate little flower. Show me!

Secret weapons

Here they are.... my daily weapons....
Firstly I will talk about my brushes.... I cannot recall when exactly I love this things... I just cannot stop from buying this stuff... Not when every season, some brands having their ravishing offer...
I've purchased more brushes, but still in my mom's house.... When I pulang kampung, I will happy to hold them and put it in this small box.....
I keep em'all in the box, because I don't like to keep it in the brush roller bag whatsoever... well, it's just my preference anyway...
Hehe, not that I use all of it on daily basis.... Because usually I just put some loose powder for working days.... I don't have much time, when I need to sleep more on my working days....!
But I like to collect em all and enjoy my time when I use them all *offday, holiday.... anytime I have sparetime and event to use it, basicly....

eye brushes and tools

And these are my skincare.... I only use some products though.... not so many.... because I don't really have time for skincare ritual... But I still have to use some pruducts.... I don't want to look older than my age or I want to look younger than my age, perhaps?... hahaha

As you see in the box, there are my haircare product as well, and 2 bottles of perfume!.... actually my favorite ones ... Those that I use for daily basis, can be found in my bathroom...

Talking about skincare, my favorite products are from Lush.... I have 2 toners from it... And planning to buy 1 more... so I got all *they only have 3 kind of toner*... and my eyecream.... will not repurchase it I think, because it's too light for me... But I like the packaging... so hygienic... uhmm... maybe I will repurchase anyway... haha... or back to Clinique all about eyes and I will place it in the Lush's pump bottle?

I've tried the lotion about a year ago... I think it's called Celestial.... I'm not really impressed with it... Kinda greasy for me.. I thought maybe because it was made not for those who live in the tropical climate area....? I'm pretty sure, this one good for you who live in the cold and dry climate... So for lotion I use DDML from Clinique instead... not because of what.... just so my face got some moisture but also not greasy.. Still searching for a better product...

Back again to Lush!

I also likes their face cleanser.... Though I will use some cleansing oil to clean my face after outdoor activity/makeup first, before hit the Lush cleanser to my face.... I love the soothing action from it.... I've tried Coalface, Fresh Farmacy, Herbalism, and soon will try Aqua Marine, after my Herbalism used up....

I love their shampoo bar too.... I just purchased another one... Ultimate Shine, because my Seanik almost all gone *uhmm, I think I've finnish the last piece last night*..

One more product I have from Lush is the Peach Massage Bar.... rarely use it.... no timeee.... You have to put it in your palms for some second/a minute so that your body heat will melt it into an oil... The smell is so nice... But for my entire body... how many time I have to hold it??... Usually I just put it into microwave for merely few seconds... and taraaa, you can use it to moisture you skin....

Will try another products from them soon... and maybe I will post a detail review for each product... ;)
